Phumza Zonke is a wellness counsellor, graduate of University of Fort Hare and Founder & CEO of Phumza Zonke Wellness Counselling which was established in 2022.

Individual Counselling Sessions

The is a one on one session where you will receive a space for you to express yourself and receive tools that you can use to navigate your day to day life

Couples Therapy

A safe space where you can master your communication with your partner, feel loved and understood. Couples therapy is a great space to rebuild, forgive and navigate the rest of your lives together

Child Counselling

From age 7 – 17years old, assist children to build confidence and navigate they emotions. Growth has a lot of ups and down this a space for children to communicate well

Corporate Wellness Days & Training

A healthy environment increases productivity and allows employees to grow as individuals so that the work place doesn’t only have employees the feel part of the team but they are confident to lead the team as well. Within these wellness days we target stress in the workplace, leadership skills etc

Mental Wellness Advocate/Speaker

You book a therapist for an event to talk about all things mental wellness. To remove the stigma around mental wellness and creating a community where males and females can speak about for they feel without feeling like they need to hide or isolate themselves

Grief Counselling

Losing a loved takes a piece of you, it breaks and sometimes you feel like you are drowning in plain sight and no one and see that you need assistance. It can be isolating and it leads to feeling alone and leading to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Book a session today, you don’t need to die with your loved one

Debriefing Sessions

When there a robbery or attempted robbery among a large number of people such as in a store, vehicle theft or attempted rape. Booking a debriefing assist to work through that emotions and the trauma. Among a group of people it helps to voice out how you feel and having people that might be going through the same emotion assists you to normalize your thoughts and emotions

Anger Management

(6 weeks) – Due to a build up of emotions and not knowing/ lacking the skills to navigate it will have you feeling misunderstood or feeling like the best way to deal with conversations is to defend yourself and build walls around yourself instead of communicating in a calm manner.
